Veggie Wrap
Preparation time:
15 minutes
Ingredients:
Chapatti - 1
Onion- 1(finely chopped)
Tomato-1(finely chopped)
Cheese slice-1
Mayonnaise-1 spoon
vegetable subji-(I used mushroom gravy)-2 spoons
vegetable subji-(I used mushroom gravy)-2 spoons
Preparation:
Cut the cheese slice into two triangles and place them in the middle of the chapatti
Microwave for 10 seconds
Now, spoon the onion and tomato on the chapatti only in center and place the subji on top of it.
Microwave for 30 seconds
Spread the mayonnaise on the remaining parts of the chapatti(on either side of the filling)
fold the wrap and cut it diagonally

Now your wrap is ready to be relished
Notes:
Here i used Del Monte cheesy dip as a substitute for mayonnaise, you can use any other salad dressing as well.
Also instead of homemade chapattis you can use ready made heat and eat chapattis ;These taste better for wraps as they are more crispy. I have used ID wheat chapattis here.
In the coming posts I will share the recipe for the mushroom gravy i have used in this recipe.
