apple banana smoothie

Preparation time:
10 minutes
Serves 4

Ingredients:
2 whole apple
2 big bananas
Sugar - 8 tablespoons
Or
Honey 5 tablespoons

vanilla ice cream - 4 scoops

ice cubes(optional)


Preparation:
Peal and rough chop the fruits
Add it to a blender run it once .. coarsely
Now add sugar or honey.. of your choice
Now puree it smoothly.
Add ice cubes and serve it.

Note:
A good midday snack which will lighten your mood.
if you like mint, you can add a few sprigs to give a nice zest to the smoothie.
